Cavalry saber, An XI model. Three-pronged gilt brass pommel and hilt. Handle sheathed in basane without filigree. AP" stamp on the quillon and "PARIS" stamp on the hilt. Curved blade with hollow sides, counter-edge at the end of the blade over 13 cm, stamped "AP". Steel scabbard, traces of oxidation and old brass brazing, fairly good condition. 19th century. Blade length: 87.4 cm. - Total length: 101.4 cm. Fairly good condition, traces of oxidation.
